Terms and Policies – Tropical Jumpers LLC

Reservations and Payments

We request all customers to provide their personal information (name, address, and event date) in order to process their reservation.

  • For orders under $250, a $50 deposit is required.

  • For orders equal to or above $250, a 25% deposit is required. This deposit is non-refundable in case of customer cancellation.

  • We accept payments in cash or Zelle, unless otherwise stated.

To avoid service interruptions, the remaining balance must be paid in full on the delivery date. If the balance is not settled, the company reserves the right to retrieve the rented items until full payment is made.

All reservations must be made in advance of the event, with at least 24 hours’ notice recommended. If last-minute reservations are accepted, we kindly ask for patience and understanding, and request that customers refrain from repeated calls for delivery updates, as this may delay scheduling and affect other customers.

Once the reservation is confirmed, the customer will receive an invoice (via email, printed copy, or text message, according to preference). To make changes or updates to an order, a minimum of 2 days’ notice is required. Last-minute changes may incur additional charges or interest, depending on the nature and timing of the request.

For security purposes, customers must present a valid ID at the time of delivery. A photo of the ID will be taken solely for verification purposes and will be deleted in the presence of the holder or a family member immediately after pickup.

We are committed to maintaining a respectful and professional environment for both our team and our customers. The use of offensive or abusive language toward our staff may result in the immediate cancellation of the service without refund of the deposit. Mutual respect is required at all times.

In the rare case that the company must cancel a confirmed order due to unforeseen circumstances, any deposit made will be fully refunded to the customer.

Equipment Care, Damage, and Liability

  • All rented items must be returned in the same condition as delivered.

  • Customers are responsible for keeping equipment clean, undamaged, and complete during the rental period.

  • If an item is returned damaged, the customer must pay the full cost of repair or replacement, depending on the extent of the damage.

  • If an item arrives damaged at delivery, the company must be notified immediately to arrange a replacement or refund.

  • Lost or unreturned items must be paid in full at their current retail value.

To avoid misunderstandings, customers must count and verify all rented items at the time of delivery and pickup.

Some items, such as tents, canopies, or large installations, are professionally secured for safety reasons. Customers must not untie, move, or alter these items after setup. In case of severe weather conditions, customers must prioritize their personal safety and not attempt to secure the equipment themselves.

If a tent, canopy, or other secured item is tampered with and, as a result, becomes damaged, blown away, or causes additional damage, the customer will be held fully responsible for all damages and losses.

Unless otherwise stated in the contract, the standard rental period is one day only.

For events held in public parks, it is the customer’s responsibility to obtain the necessary permits in advance.

For jumpers or inflatables, before shutting down or deflating them, customers must ensure that no children or objects remain inside.

Finally, once items are under the customer’s responsibility, they must be properly secured overnight or before pickup. If any equipment is stolen during this time, the customer will be responsible for the full replacement value.

Pickup Procedures and Customer Responsibilities

  • During pickup, customers must maintain a safe distance from our staff to avoid accidents or injuries.

  • Parents or guardians must closely supervise children and keep them out of the dismantling area, which is considered an active work zone.

  • Before equipment retrieval, customers must remove all personal belongings from around or inside the setup. The company will not be held responsible for damage to personal items not removed.

  • If belongings are not collected before pickup, the company will not be responsible for any accidental damage during dismantling.

  • To ensure smooth pickup, any vehicles, personal items, or obstacles blocking access to the equipment must be removed before our team arrives. Failure to do so may result in our team carefully moving them aside. In the case of vehicles, the company will not be liable for accidental damage, as customers are warned in advance.

  • Customers must avoid spilling liquids on the equipment, as this may cause permanent damage or require full replacement.

Acknowledgment of Terms and Conditions

By signing the contract, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and fully accepted all Terms and Conditions.

Although a summarized version may be provided for convenience, it is the customer’s responsibility to read the complete document, available on our website.

The company will not be held liable for misunderstandings due to the customer’s failure to read the full Terms and Conditions. The signature of the contract serves as confirmation of full acceptance of all company policies.

Photo and Media Policy

We reserve the right to photograph or record our setups and services after delivery or installation for marketing and promotional purposes, including publication on social media platforms.

If customers do not wish to appear in photos or videos, they should avoid standing in front of the camera during filming or photography. By remaining in the area, customers acknowledge and accept that they may appear in such images, which may be publicly shared for promotional purposes.

All photos and videos are used exclusively for advertising, promotion, and as visual references for future clients.
